1. Use Of Services

You may use our services only in compliance with applicable laws, Discord rules, third-party platform rules, and these terms. You are responsible for activity in servers where you install or use our Discord bots.

2. Discord Bot Features

Neovia Music provides music playback controls, queue management, Spotify track matching, YouTube search or link playback where supported, and premium server features. Spotify links are used for metadata or title matching and are not streamed directly from Spotify.

3. Premium Access

Premium access may unlock higher limits, 24/7 mode, additional controls, or future features. Premium is sold for the server or account described at checkout or during support activation. If a buyer provides the wrong Discord server ID, activation may be delayed until the correct information is provided.

4. Payments And Refunds

Payments may be processed by Tebex or another payment provider. Refunds are handled according to the store policy shown at checkout, payment processor rules, and applicable law. Digital premium access may begin soon after purchase or manual activation.

5. Availability

We try to keep services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Music playback may depend on Discord, Lavalink, hosting providers, YouTube, Spotify metadata access, and other third-party systems.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for abuse, spam, harassment, unauthorized access, copyright infringement, platform rule violations, reverse engineering, resale without permission, or any activity that could harm Neovia Studios, users, servers, or third-party platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

Neovia Studios owns its branding, website content, bot code, designs, and original assets unless otherwise stated. Customer-provided materials remain owned by the customer or their rightful owner.

8. Changes

We may update services, features, pricing, and these terms over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
