User Guide

Use this page to learn the music commands, premium claim process, limits, and basic troubleshooting steps.

Start Music

Join a voice channel in your Discord server, then run the play command with a YouTube link, Spotify track link, or search text.

Control Playback

Use simple slash commands to pause, resume, skip, view the queue, or stop the player.

Claim Premium

Join the Neovia Studios support Discord server first. Then go to the Discord server where you want premium enabled and run the claim command.

Premium Claim

How To Claim Premium

Premium is activated on one Discord server. Claim the key inside the server where you want the premium features enabled.

Buy Premium

Purchase a Neovia Music premium package from the official Tebex store. After checkout, Tebex will show or email your license key.

Join Support Server

Join the Neovia Studios Discord support server using the invite shown on the store or website. This helps verify customers and provide support.

Open Your Server

Go to the Discord server where Neovia Music should become premium. You must run the claim command in that server, not in direct messages.

Run Claim Command

Paste your license key into the claim command. The key can only be used once.

Check Status

After a successful claim, use the status command to confirm the premium expiry date for that server.

Use Premium

Premium unlocks higher queue limits, more skips, and 24/7 mode for the claimed server.

Limits

Free vs Premium

Free servers can queue up to 5 tracks and use 3 skips per 30 minutes. Premium servers can queue up to 100 tracks, use 20 skips per 30 minutes, and enable 24/7 mode.

Troubleshooting

The bot says I must join a voice channel.

Join a Discord voice channel first, then run /play again.

My Spotify link does not play the exact song.

Spotify tracks are matched to playable results from another source. Try using the song name and artist if the match is wrong.

My premium key says already used.

A premium key can only be claimed once. Contact support if you claimed it on the wrong server.

What is 24/7 mode?

24/7 mode keeps the bot connected to the voice channel after the queue ends, so your server has a ready music session.
